Here at John Hollins Jeweller all orders over £100.00 in value will be posted for free. All orders under £100.00 will be charged at £4.95 unless otherwise stated.
Birthstones
Certain gemstones have traditionally been associated with different months of the year. They are thought to be important or lucky for people born under their 'influence'.
Diamonds
Diamond is the hardest mineral known to man. This combined with its natural luste, its brilliant fire when polished and its rarity make it the most valuable of all gemstones.
Precious Metals
The colour of gold depends on the number of impurities it contains. Gold in its natural state is a golden yellow but it is very soft. For use in jewellery gold needs to be alloyed with other metals to increase its hardness.
